You will find accommodation with half board in many places, also in the Passeier Valley. You don’t necessarily have to spend your holiday at the Gasthof Peter. But what makes our half board so special? Traditional courses. Local products. Homemade specialities. We attach great importance to a simple, regional cuisine – because we think sometimes less is more. From the beautiful breakfast buffet to the 4-course choice menu in the evening: here you can taste the Val Passiria on your plate! Our dinner consists of a starter, a plain soup, a main course and a dessert. A colourful and varied salad buffet completes the culinary experience. Should you have special wishes or suffer from intolerance, you are welcome to discuss this directly with our cook.
We reserve all guests a fixed seat in the dining room. However, you are welcome to enjoy breakfast as well as dinner on the sunny terrace or in the cosy Zirmstube. It’s up to you!

A good holiday day at the Gasthof Peter in St. Leonhard in Passeier… begins with a delicious breakfast. From the buffet. So that everyone is free to choose what they want. Sweet or salty. Homemade or from the local baker. Or a little of everything. Eggs from happy hens or warm egg dishes are freshly prepared for you on request. If you have special wishes or suffer from intolerance, you are welcome to discuss this directly with the cook. We usually find a solution for every “problem”!
It’s time for coffee & cake
Coffee time is cake time. Or ice cream time. Depending on the season and personal taste. The Gasthof Peter is the perfect place for it. Because our house also offers a public café and a sun terrace. With our homemade cakes and various ice cream creations you are literally spoilt for choice – but that doesn’t have to be bad. You can try something new every day!
